    Check-in time is 12:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to availability. For early arrivals, we recommend reserving the room from the previous night with additional charges.
     

    Payment Policy:


    To confirm the booking, 100% payment is required.
     

    Cancellation Policy

     
    • No show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation more than 24 hours prior to arrival will be refunded.
     

    Amendment Policy


    Any date amendments are subject to availability. If date modification is not possible, the Cancellation Policy will automatically come into effect.

    We are dedicated to making your stay exceptional and comfortable. To ensure this, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines during your time with us at Hotel Bali Nova.
    • The primary guest checking in must be a minimum of 18 years old. Accompanying children must be between 1-12 years of age.
    • All guests are required to provide valid photo identification during check-in. Please note that a Pan Card is not considered a valid photo identity for hotel/resort check-in.
    • Extra beds, when included in a booking, are provided in the form of a folding cot or mattress.
    • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
    • The standard check-in time is 12 PM local time, and the standard check-out time is 11 AM local time.
    • The decision to offer a buffet or a TDH/A La Carte menu is at the discretion of Hotel Bali Nova.
    • Hotel Bali Nova reserves the right of admission. Accommodation may be denied to guests presenting themselves as a 'couple' without suitable proof of identification during check-in.
    • Bookings cannot be cancelled on or after the check-in date and time specified in the Resort Confirmation Voucher.
    • Guests are required to complete a self-declaration form due to the COVID-19 pandemic and present a negative RT-PCR test result or vaccination certificate at check-in.
